Repairs as small as a squeaky floorboard to restorations as large as an entire house renovation are within my capability.
Collaborating on ideas for how to engineer things with wood is what I love to do the most.

My process:
I don’t give quotes over the phone.
To provide an accurate and thorough bid, it’s ideal to see a job site first-hand or at least receive photos and talk with potential clients about the scope of what they’re looking to do.
Then I’ll put together an estimate that outlines expected labor and materials costs, and breaks out what a payment schedule would look like.
Once a client agrees with a bid, they’ll receive a contract for signature to confirm the project on my schedule, and an initial invoice.
Because life and homes can be surprising, I discuss any scope changes that arise during the job that may extend the schedule or budget with the Client so they understand the situation.
