Custom Built-Ins & Kitchen Renovation: Rogers Park
These clients had me create custom built-in cabinets on either side of their fireplace and replace their kitchen.
They also had a separate business replace all of their flooring, so we planned and coordinated all of the stages with them.
I fabricated the custom built-ins in my shop in parallel with the kitchen work

The homeowners have a vinyl collection, so the shelving for one of the built-ins was structured to house it - in sizing and weight

I carefully configured the built-in to align against the back of the new tall pantry cabinets in the kitchen

These tie in nicely with the space
The lower cabinets have access to electrical outlets inside, to connect stereo gear and the wall mounted television
